Ear Infection...AGAIN!

So it's been a tough few weeks. I know it can always be worse but our little guy can't seem to keep the ear infections away. We are either at the doctor b/c we suspect one or having them rechecked because he is off of the antibiotics every other week for a while now! Not to mention well visits and everything else. They all know me at the doctor's office probably even recognize my voice when I call. So I had to take him in there yesterday. I figured more than likely he had another ear infection but my main reason for taking him was because he woke up Tuesday sounding horrible. No runny nose or fever but hoarse and sounded like he was having issues in his chest. So I thought he had RSV again like he did last year but was hoping for just allergy issues or something. No luck! Bronchitis and not too surprising an ear infection (luckily this time just one ear not both like the previous times)! Are you serious? Really? We have had him on Nasonex per doctor to keep him well so no ear infections. Before that, we tried Singulair and Zyrtec. I thought the Nasonex was working b/c his runny nose was gone but it didn't keep him from getting another ear infection and now bronchitis. So the doc told me to go ahead and set up that appointment with the ENT as soon as I got home. So called and we go February 8th. I'm sure there will be a surgery coming soon after. I hate that my son has to have another surgery (he had a minor one last June) so 2 surgeries before he is even 2 years old doesn't make me too happy but I'm tired of him being sick all the time so hopefully this will help. He is a trooper though - this has slowed him down some but not as much as I thought it would. So here's to hoping he can get well and stay well until we meet with the ENT!

I would highly recommend taking him to a family chiropractor, who specializes in pediatrics. I took my littlest, who was having ear infections non-stop, because a friend told me to and she has been ear infection free for over 7 months. Woohoo!
I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad I did!
The reason they keep getting them, is that there is a pinched 'tube' in their ear and it has to be un-pinched..medicine can't fix that. The adjustment of a chiropractor can. It doesn't take much for them to be adjusted and I only had to take her in 2 times a week for 3 weeks.
